The whole June of 2012, WCdance and its energetic dancers are leaving Taiwan to Chicago, developing a new contemporary dance work with The Seldoms, a Chicago-based dance company, during their residency. To both WCdance and The Seldoms, there are some values and goals they share together: innovation; invested collaboration with artists of other disciplines; excellent technical dancing; and particular interest in the visual environment of the stage space. In this time, they will definitely create a new spectacle of dance on the stage. The Artistic Director of WCdance, WenChung Lin, will also teach master classes open to the Chicago dance community.
