Dance Works' latest production, Daydreamer+, fuses tap dance rhythms with live world music and beautifully projected visual eye candy. Daydreamer+ satisfyingly displays "Creative Rhythm," a key concept that Dance Works explores and develops in their masterpieces. Dance Works presents Daydreamer+ to the U.S. with its debut in NYC. Daydreamer+ recognizes NYC as one of the most important tap dance cities in the world and aims its efforts to share their innovative style of tap dance with local tap professionals, as well as to reach out to new audiences.

The basis of Dance Works' creation includes exotic music and unique life experiences. The company adopts new elements during production, such as laser lighting and specially made costume material, to develop a work that integrates human touch and new technology. In Daydreamer+, the dancers passionately bring out their emotions on stage to encourage and stimulate a vibrant response and garner affection from the audience. Daydreamer+ is indeed about daydreams of which could happen to anyone time to time. The audience will be able to discover their own stories, rhythm, and path in this magical journey of musical tap dance.

Dance Works was established in 2001 in Taiwan. It is a premier professional dance company dedicated to tap dance, and devoted to promoting tap dance to people in Taiwan. Tap Festival, Los Angeles Tap Festival and Hong Kong Tap Festival. The company also toured in Canada, Australia and New Zealand in 2008 and 2009.
