Film Series: Female Directors from Taiwan

Taipei Cultural Center in New York is pleased to announce that “Film Series: female Directors from Taiwan” will be screened at Michigan State University, Hunter College and Mid-Manhattan Library. The series include Tai-jen Wu’s Let's Fall in Love, She-Wei Chou ‘s The Golden Child, Yu-shan Huang ‘s Twin Bracelets, Shining Chen ‘s God Man Dog and Yun-Chan Lee ‘s The Shoe Fairy. The 4 feature films and 1 documentary film represent the unique contemporary works from Taiwan’s women directors. Tai-jen Wu and She-Wei Chou will also be present for after- screening talks..

4 Films showing at Mid-Manhattan Library are free which include: Tai-jen Wu’s Let's Fall in Love, Yu-shan Huang ‘s Twin Bracelets, Shining Chen ‘s God Man Dog and Yun-Chan Lee ‘s The Shoe Fairy.

Then there's a fatal car accident and the lives of the three groups of characters converge.
