Nina Edwards is an enthusiastic and creative New York-based illustrator, show curator, graphic designer, and licensing consultant with nearly twenty years of industry experience. She teaches Graphic Design, Fashion Illustration, and Art Licensing classes and workshops at Pratt Institute. During New York Fashion Week, Nina was invited by various locations of the Apple Store to demonstrate how to use simple sketching apps to create amazing digital fashion illustrations.
Nina Edwards will be featured in Makers Way, an outdoor exhibition of handmade arts and crafts presented by the Garment District Alliance. Nina will be interacting with the audience by demonstrating her fashion illustration process and sketching some live watercolor fashion portraits. Makers Way is part of the Garment District Arts Festival: a district-wide celebration of the artists, performers, galleries and theaters that contribute to the creative energy that fuels the Garment District.
