On April 21, as part of their first appearance ever in New York City, the Taiwan Philharmonic performs at the Wu Tsai Theater, David Geffen Hall. 
Jun Märkl conducts the New York Premiere of Taiwanese composer Ke-Chia-Chen’s Ebbs and Flows. Plus, Bruch’s Scottish Fantasy for Violin and Orchestra, featuring Paul Huang as soloist, Debussy’s La Mer, and more. 


Violinist Paul Huang joins the Taiwan Philharmonic's concert as soloist in Bruch’s Scottish Fantasy. Paul, born and raised in Taiwan, shared his deep respect for the orchestra and the impact it had on his musical development, as well as what it means to him to share the stage with the Taiwan philharmonic in his new chosen home of New York City.
