2014年紐約Residency Unlimited創作發表計畫 開始徵件
由文化部贊助，駐紐約臺北文化中心與美國紐約藝術機構Residency Unlimited再度合作，將公開徵選2件最符大紐約區域人文藝術特質及社會文史脈絡，且具體可行之藝術創作或策展方案，由文化部贊助藝術家或策展人赴 紐約進行創作發表計畫，開放徵件期間自即日起至紐約時間4月21日下午5時止。
「2014年紐約Residency Unlimited創作發表計畫」預計於2014年6月至9月執行，將透過Residency Unlimited團隊之豐沛資源與專業服務，協助藝術家或策展人於駐地期間執行其計畫，並規畫正式公開之聯展或成果發表會，增加臺灣藝術創作與紐約藝壇 交流對話管道，並強化藝術家或策展人至紐約交流創作之具體成果與實質效益。
Residency Unlimited將負責提供全程專業諮詢，於駐村期間安排藝術家策展人面談，不定期規劃藝術機構及知名藝術家工作室參訪，以及規畫執行聯展或成果發表會一場。藝術家或策展人國際旅運費、生活及創作費用由文化部補助。
Residency Unlimited(RU)成立於2009年，為一由資深藝術行政工作者、策展人及藝術家組成的藝術資源平台，專精跨藝術領域交流及架接合作管道，與大紐 約地區藝術界關係良好。RU現址為紐約布魯克林區一舊教堂整建再利用之藝術空間，辦理展覽、小型演出及講座等各項藝文活動外，並提供藝術家、策展人交流與 工作之公共空間。
Residency Unlimited創作發表計畫於2013年首度舉辦，公開徵選出藝術家侯怡亭、曹良賓2件具現地創作特質之計畫，依據藝術家創作性質及駐村需求提供適切的支援，包括協 助駐村藝術家拓展專業領域人脈、開發未來展演機會、實踐駐村創作計畫及加強駐村後續發展之附加價值等，執行效果良好，歡迎對於親至紐約創作發表有意願的藝 術工作者，踴躍送件參加甄選。
紐文中心與Residency Unlimited將視申請藝術家或策展人所擬訂計畫與駐村創作的關聯性及未來具體可行性，並參佐過去展演作品、計畫執行能力表現而選定，希望能有效利用 Residency Unlimited所能提供之豐沛資源與專業服務，加強臺灣藝術家或策展人國際發聲機會，多元化出國創作交流之具體成果與實質效益。
